A Barossa wine producer (~120 staff, multi-label, ~80,000 cases annually) came to us with two related problems: vintage costing was being reconstructed by their finance team at month-end from spreadsheets that lagged the cellar floor by weeks, and Export Approval preparation took two full days per release because the data was scattered across Vintrace, an aging legacy ERP, and a separate cellar-door system.

We migrated them to Business Central with Vintrace integrated to flow tank movements into inventory valuation in real time. Cost per label became visible the moment fruit arrived.
